Paddie is Vale Vet, Nick Stuart's yellow labrador. She loves swimming and is shown here on holiday in the Isle of Wight. A couple of weeks ago, Nick took her out running with him along the canal. Suddenly she disappeared from the tow path and he discovered she'd decided to swim along rather than run!

Tiddler is a miniature wire haired dachshund and belongs to Vale Vet receptionist, Nicky Hughes. She is pictured here with Nicky's daughter Daisy at last year's Vale Vet Open Day. Together they won the fancy dress!

Everyone knows that Vale Vet Rachel's Border Terrier, Nutmeg,is a very clever dog. She is a champion in dog agility and has travelled all over the world to compete. But even Rachel was surprised to find her quite so adapt at surfing the web.... even if it was to see her own photo online!
